Edinburgh Night Ride is a one day charity bike ride event taking place on Saturday 16th June 2018 and organised by experience charity challenge event specialists, Global Adventure Challenges. Riding 50 miles around Edinburgh you’ll witness the sun setting over the coast, cycle through beautiful Georgian streets under the moon and stars, and discover stunning night views of Edinburgh – it really is a unique way to explore this captivating city.
Cobbled lanes and castles are just the tip of Edinburgh’s charms. On your cycle you’ll pass numerous iconic landmarks and sights along the way on this fantastic cycling adventure including Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh Castle, The Forth Bridges, Scottish Parliament Buildings and Holyrood Palace – to name just a few.
After covering 50 miles, you’ll complete your adventure in the early hours of Sunday morning, pedalling across the finish line to claim your finishers’ medal, and enjoy a well-deserved drink and some cake.

Just a quick note to thank the organisers and the volunteers for a fantastic night ride on Saturday night. It was really well organised and staff were really pleasant to all the riders.
Thank you to everyone who organised the Edinburgh Night Ride. Organisation went very well; the atmosphere was wonderful and the Night Ride full of thrills and we were so lucky with the early evening weather although I did get damp in the last hour…. I thoroughly enjoyed taking part and so a big vote of thanks to all on your team.
We had an amazing time participating in the Edinburgh Night Ride. Thanks to the event organisers!! We really enjoyed it and I raised over £1200 in memory of my dear beloved Mum who suddenly passed away 2 years ago.
